The Eastern Cape Provincial Book Fair took place on East London on the 9th of March. Amazwi’s Zongezile Matshoba and Nozipho Madinda were there.
Amazwi and the FDA screen !Aitsa
Amazwi and the DFA (Documentary Filmmaker’s Association) hosted a docLOVE screening of !Aitsa, a documentary film directed by Dane Dodds.
The film explores the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) project in the Karoo, which seeks to unravel the mysteries of the universe through radio astronomy. However, it is not merely a scientific exploration, as Dodds takes the viewer on a historical expedition, delving into the traditional roots of the Khoi and San populations of the region.
